Crystal's Story
On February 1, 2026, Crystal’s life was taken by violence, and on February 12, her family laid her to rest. She was 19 years old, a college student with a vision to help single mothers find safe housing and stability. In her writing, she believed real estate could restore dignity and create opportunity for families in need. Crystal’s House was created to fulfill that vision by building something permanent that protects and restores lives.

First Property (Chicago Project)
Crystal’s House is launching its first property in Chicago. The goal is to acquire an 8–12 unit residential building in a stable, accessible neighborhood. This property will provide long-term housing for women and families rebuilding after crisis. It will serve as the foundation for expansion into additional cities.
Capital Campaign
Campaign Goal: $2.2 Million+
Funds will be used for:
- Property acquisition
- Safety and security upgrades
- Initial operating stability
- Preparing the property for residents
Impact Goals
Within the first few years:
- 30+ women supported
- 50+ children stabilized
- Increased access to safe housing
- Reduced return to unsafe environments
The long-term goal is expansion into multiple cities and increased housing capacity.
